At Aubereve, we focus on delivering premium men's streetwear shorts with reliable order processing and transparent shipping updates. Every order is carefully prepared before leaving our fulfillment facilities.

Order Processing

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Orders are prepared Monday through Friday.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
  • During peak periods, product launches, or seasonal promotions, processing may require additional time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.


Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United States: 6–10 business days
  • Canada: 7–12 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–9 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–12 business days
  • European Union: 5–10 business days
  • Other International Destinations: 8–15 business days

Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary depending on customs procedures, local postal services, weather conditions, or transportation delays.


Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

From time to time, Aubereve may offer promotional free shipping campaigns. These offers apply only during the advertised promotional period.


Tracking Orders

Once your package has been shipped, tracking information will be sent automatically via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipment confirmation.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is submitted:

  • Shipping delays may occur.
  • Returned packages may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
  • Orders already shipped cannot be modified.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error before your order is dispatched.


Customs & Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import taxes, VAT, or additional government fees depending on the destination country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the customer where applicable.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your tracking has not updated for several days or your delivery appears unusually delayed, please contact our support team.

We will work directly with our logistics partners to investigate the shipment and provide assistance until the issue is resolved.


Damaged Parcels

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Take clear photographs of the package before opening it.
  2. Photograph any damaged items.
  3. Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

Our team will evaluate the case and provide an appropriate resolution.


Returned Packages

Packages returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Unclaimed shipments

may be reshipped after payment of the applicable shipping costs.

Refunds for returned shipments may exclude the original shipping expenses already incurred.


Order Changes & Cancellation

Orders are processed quickly to minimize shipping times.

Requests for cancellations or modifications can only be accepted before the order enters fulfillment. Once processing has begun, changes may no longer be possible.
